Warburgs Kulturwissenschaft between Botticelli and Darwin

The Masterclass was part of the SAS/Huizinga Writing Retreat for PhD students in cultural history in May 2022 in The Warburgs Institute London

The work with PhD-students from the Netherlands and Great Britain concerned mainly the issue of differences between Warburg’s pictorial and textual sources and the problem of translating Warburg’s quite unique language and its historical index.
